These classes are designed for pregnant people and families who want more than basic birth education. You will learn how labor works, what decisions may come up, how to ask questions, and how to advocate for the birth experience you deserve.

  • Comfort measures and labor positions

  • Common hospital interventions

  • Pain management options

  • Birth preferences and advocacy

  • Informed consent and decision-making

  • Partner/support person involvement
