Includes:

  • 2 prenatal visits (birth planning, comfort measures, education)

  • Continuous labor and birth support (at home and/or hospital)

  • Initial postpartum support (up to 2 hours after birth)

  • Unlimited phone/text/email support during pregnancy (business hours)

  • Assistance with postpartum recovery and feeding (breast/chestfeeding support included)

Investment: Starting at $1,200–$1,500
(Sliding scale or payment plans available on a case-by-case basis)

Full-Spectrum Care Package

(Pregnancy, Birth + Postpartum)

For families seeking care from a positive pregnancy test through postpartum recovery.

Includes:

  • 2 prenatal visits

  • Full labor and birth support

  • 1 postpartum planning session

  • 20 hours of postpartum doula support

  • Unlimited text/email support from pregnancy through 6 weeks postpartum

  • Custom resources guide (childbirth education, breastfeeding, postpartum planning)

Investment: Starting at $2,400

Postpartum Support Package

For families needing extra care during the "fourth trimester."

Includes:

  • 1 postpartum planning session (before birth or right after delivery)

  • 15–20 hours of in-home postpartum doula care (spread over 2–6 weeks)

    • Infant feeding support (lactation counseling basics)

    • Light household help (meal prep, light laundry, newborn soothing)

    • Emotional recovery support for the birthing person

  • Resource referrals (pelvic floor therapists, lactation consultants, etc.)

Investment: Starting at $950 for 15 hours

Birth Plan Consultation

one on one meeting birthing person, partner, and doula with the end goal of developing a birth plan that will allow you to be heard and cared for as you desire in labor and postpartum.

Sibling Support

Are you already a parent and have questions about how your current child to children will respond to this new bundle of joy? Working with them during pregnancy can ensure the entire family is prepared for birth.

Childbirth Class

Whether you are a first-time parent or a seasoned parent we can all stand to learn and educate ourselves. I think everyone should take our Preparing for Birth course.

Postpartum Doula Support

The fourth trimester is a time of healing, bonding, and adjustment. As your postpartum doula, my role is to nurture not just your newborn, but you — helping your family ease into this beautiful, challenging season with care, confidence, and support.Providing compassionate, culturally fluent care as you navigate the early days of parenting.

Support Includes:

  • Informational support (newborn care, postpartum recovery, resources)

  • Emotional support for parents adjusting to life with a newborn

  • Light housework to keep your space peaceful (laundry, tidying, bottle washing)

  • Newborn care while parents rest or attend to personal needs

  • Assistance with feeding (breast/chestfeeding and bottle-feeding support)

  • Meal preparation and light meal planning

  • Babywearing education and assistance

  • Sibling support during the transition to life with a new baby

  • Newborn care education (swaddling, soothing techniques, sleep basics)

  • Feeding/changing station organization and stock-up assistanceLactation Support

 

Lactation Support

I can help with a variety of issues, including: Reassurance, Troubleshooting specific problems, and Education on how to breastfeedAssess latching and feeding 

  • Provide counseling to mothers 

  • Understand milk production 

  • Recognize common breastfeeding difficulties 

  • Manage breastfeeding pain 

  • Work with families to devise solutions 

Payment Options

  • Payment plans available (50% deposit, balance by 37 weeks).

  • HSA/FSA reimbursement receipts available.

  • Scholarships or sliding scale available for eligible families (limited slots per quarter).
